Fairfield Cyclery Covid-19 Update
We believe that cycling is an important physical as well as a mental tool during this difficult time. The State of Ohio believes we are an essential business to help keep everything as normal as possible. In a time where people are being asked to take great caution to help prevent the spread of this terrible virus we are going to do our part to do the same. Exercise is a great option to relieve stress and keep in good physical shape too. There are also people who use cycling as their mode of transportation on a daily basis. We will be here to keep it all flowing. We also want to follow all guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Our goal is to do everything we can to make sure we provide our valued customers what they need through these difficult times while keeping you and our staff safe and healthy.
What we will do:
Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the store throughout the day.
Bike, Recumbent and Parts sales will continue and a curbside/touchless pickup will be available.
We will bring bikes or trikes out a separate entrance and to the front staging area with yellow striped lines by front entrance.
All bikes that come in the store will enter through one door and leave through another.
Bikes will be disinfected when entering the store and disinfected when service is complete
We are asking that all payments be done over the phone via CC for now
***We will be addressing a pickup/delivery service in the near future

If you are sick in any way or have been around someone who is sick please call and make arrangements to come at another time. And most of all, get well!
If you are bringing service please bring to walkway outside front of store and we will diagnose and write a workorder. We will then take it in a separate entrance where all bikes will be sterilized before servicing.
Call 5 minutes before arriving for service or picking up your purchase.
This is different than we are used to but necessary to maintain the safety of our customers/friends and staff. We are ALL in this together and supporting each other is necessary in these trying times. Lets all keep riding our bikes and keep our spirits and health up.
Service Level is FULL. We will not be accepting appointments for bike service thru May 23rd. We have been flooded with requestes but simply do not have the capacity at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
